About Frame Studio
Frame Studio is a small structural engineering firm specializing in custom homes, multi-family, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings. Frame Studio was founded in 2011 by structural engineer Luke Pronker, in Galveston, Texas. In 2019 the company was thriving and expanded to a second location in Bellingham, Washington.
We are licensed in Florida, Maryland, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, and Washington State and willing to get further licensed where needed. We travel frequently as needed for your projects.

Senior Structural Engineer
I am a second-generation structural engineer. From a young age, my mother started taking me to job sites where she taught me the foundational principles of structural design. In my Freshman year of college, I started doing structural inspections. By my Junior year, I was doing structural design .
I majored in Civil Engineering with an Emphasis in Structural Design and graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2009. By the time I was twenty-eight, I was running a small structural engineering firm in Texas.
I opened an office in Bellingham, Washington in 2019 and hold licenses in the states of Washington, Texas, Nevada, Florida, Virginia, and Maryland. By now, I have completed over 1,000 commercial, industrial, multi-family, and residential structural projects and have been featured on the Discovery Channel and in newspapers.
