If you have a designer doing the energy codes and layout plan already, we can do just the structural engineering work that includes windstorm, snow loading, and seismic design.

We can add in the other permit required items if you found a layout plan you like.  This usually includes structural,  energy code and occupancy analysis. 
​This covers insulation, efficiency, and life safety items such as emergency exit windows and smoke alarms.

Full Design

If you don't have an exact plan yet we can help you put your dreams into a 3d model, and then into a permit ready plan set.
